Scaffold has been dismantled to 1st floor balcony level on the garden facing elevation following completion of the structural works to the chimney stack.
We are finishing the last asphalt balcony replacements, then scaffold can be removed for the low-level works to commence.
We have received planning consent to carry out the terrace waterproofing upgrade works, that are starting in the next few weeks.
