Works have now concluded at Erith Fire Station which involved remodelling of the Breathing Apparatus Training Centre.
This now provides a customisable floor plan simulation style training facility, equipped with heat pumps, AHU’s and 50-degree heat smoke machines that replicate a real fire scenario.
The project required extensive M&E design coordination and development to bring these bespoke requirements to fruition which centrally runs through a BMS system.
Collins are delighted to have successfully handed this over to London Fire Brigade so they can make use of the new training facility.
