The external refurbishment works to this commercial courtyard property located in the heart of London’s, Covent Garden is now complete.
Block 6 is a large eight storey property facing onto Long Acre, Slingsby Place and the St Martins courtyard. This property is mixed use with basement, ground and first floor retail and second to sixth floor office accommodation.
Due to the limited works required here, it was agreed we undertake these works via abseil. We introduced a crash deck to act as a safety platform to enable the restaurant below to trade as normal whilst the works were being undertaken.
