Collins are delighted to be continuing our long working relationship with Bickenhall Mansions, where we have commenced onsite with a 74-week external restoration project.
The project will involve the external repair and maintenance to the street facing facades to Bickenhall Street, Gloucester Place and the two end flanks to Baker Street and associated roofs.
We know the building extremely well, as we completed the internal common parts refurbishment previously, along with the external refurbishment to Block 7.
We shall use our experience and expertise to make sure the remaining blocks (2-8) achieve the same high standards and desired finish, as the benchmark block.
