Ashworth Mansions is a late-Victorian residential estate in Maida Vale, developed around 1899 in the Queen Anne Revival style. The estate comprises 105 flats distributed across two substantial mansion terraces, each formed from five purpose-built residential blocks facing one another across extensive communal gardens. Situated beside Paddington Recreation Ground, the development reflects the characteristic mansion-flat architecture that became prominent in northwest London at the end of the nineteenth century.
Collins have been instructed to carry out the following works:
- Access scaffolding
- Timber window & door repairs
- Replacement glazing
- Window replacements (as necessary)
- Replacement pigeon deterrents
- Masonry repairs
- Redecoration of all previous painted surfaces
