The scaffold is now being dismantled to this upmarket residential building in Wimbledon, as our works approach completion.
We have been onsite for the past 20 weeks carrying out the following external works:
- Full access scaffolding to perimeter
- Roofing repairs including overlaying liquid roofs
- Masonry repairs
- Timber and Crittall Window repairs
- Fascia and Gutter replacements
- Complete external redecorations to all previously painted surfaces.
Whilst onsite, we received the instruction to proceed with the internal upgrade works of the 5no communal staircases, that are also progressing well.
