Works are progressing well on site at Lime Street, with the project continuing to move forward in line with the planned programme.
The initial strip-out phase has now been completed, including the removal of all remaining tenant belongings and redundant items from the premises. This has allowed the site to be cleared and prepared for the next stage of the works, with the existing space now ready to be reconfigured in accordance with the client’s requirements and proposed layout.
Alongside the strip-out works, the M&E design is currently being finalised. This is an important stage of the project, ensuring that the proposed mechanical and electrical installations are fully coordinated with the revised layout and the overall clients requirements. Once the design has been completed and agreed, we will progress with the procurement of the associated materials, equipment and specialist works.
The site team are continuing to coordinate the various elements of the project, including partitioning, ceiling works and raised access floor adaptations, to ensure that the works progress efficiently and that the upcoming phases can commence without delay.
