We continue to build on our portfolio of properties within the Holland Park area and commenced works this morning to rectify water damage to a basement bathroom, following a leak from the property above.
The works will include:
• Electrical testing of all existing cabling.
• Strip-out and removal of damaged units and sanitaryware as a result of the water ingress.
• Replacement ceiling.
• Replacement lighting and electric radiator.
• Render repairs and plaster skim to walls and ceiling.
• Replacement of bespoke joinery panels to the walls.
• Full redecoration.
• Marble polishing to finish.
We are pleased to have been instructed to undertake these works and will ensure they are completed to the highest standard, with care and attention to detail throughout. Our aim is to restore the bathroom to its original condition while delivering a fully finished and refined space.
