Our 20-week internal redecoration project at the Financial Conduct Authority offices in Stratford is progressing well as we work towards completing the final floors.
We have completed Levels 15, 3, 2 and 1, along with all stair cores, with Level 11 due to be completed and handed over this week.
We have adapted the programme sequencing to suit the building’s day-to-day operations and will continue working closely with the onsite team to ensure the works are delivered safely and efficiently out of hours, minimising disruption to the building’s occupants.
The completed areas are looking great, and we are receiving positive feedback from those occupying the building.
