Specialist waterproofing works at Bedford House in Balham have just commenced, addressing ongoing water ingress issues affecting the property’s balconies and terraces.
The existing balconies have composite decking installed; before waterproofing can begin, the decking must be carefully removed and stored aside, ensuring it remains protected and can be reinstated once the works are complete.
With the balcony and terrace surfaces exposed, our team will prepare the existing substrates before installing a new liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing system. This will create a seamless, durable waterproof finish designed to resolve the previous leaking issues and provide long-term protection against water ingress.
Once the waterproofing system has been completed and fully cured, the composite decking will be carefully reinstated, leaving the balconies and terraces protected while retaining their existing finished appearance.
Look out for project updates coming soon.
