Working alongside the client’s appointed engineer, we investigated a series of concerning cracks by exposing the affected area for a full inspection. As a result, it was agreed that Helibar fixings would be installed at regular intervals from floor to ceiling to reinforce and stabilise the corner.
Following completion of these works, the area has been replastered and is now ready for redecoration.
The kitchen has been delivered to site and installation is currently underway. In parallel, various second-fix trades are progressing well, keeping the internal works on programme.
