The external redecoration and repair works are now underway at Fairhazel Mansions, with the scaffolding progressing well in line with our 18-week programme.
The scope of works includes façade repairs, brickwork and timber, roof repairs, rainwater repairs and full external redecoration, alongside the replacement of the main roof covering with a new Langley waterproofing system in accordance with the roofing specification.
Our works will improve the building’s performance and long-term durability, along with enhancing the exterior fabric whilst preserving its character.
The works are being co-ordinated and managed to minimise disruption to residents, while ensuring that the building remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained for years to come.
We look forward to sharing photos once the scaffold is complete, and works are progressing further.
