The first phase of works at Bickenhall Mansions is now well underway, with the scaffold fully erected we have been able to undertake all DOFF cleaning works, scheduled and carried out all timber window repairs and a large portion of the masonry repairs to the upper levels and chimney stacks.
The replacement terracotta sections have been measured/designed and moulded for manufacture.
Roofing repair and replacement works are making good progress – slate roof replacement, lead replacement, and liquid roof overcoating.
