Collins have returned to Bedford Riverside this week to carry out the end of defects inspection, and associated M&E servicing works in accordance with the client’s requirements following the refurbishment that took place a year ago, after a fire caused extensive damage requiring the unit to be fully stripped back, and reinstated ready for a new incoming tenant.
It is always rewarding to revisit a scheme after a year and see how things change; The unit is now a thriving Tapas Bar, that looks great, but most importantly, that our workmanship is standing the test of time with minimal defects reported.
