Collins have been appointed by MFG C/o Cadogan Estates to carry out the Repair & Redecoration works to the external staircase & roofs, to this iconic property known as the ‘Sekers Building’ originally built in 1965 for the fabric company ‘Sekers Silks’.
This Grade II listed building is now the home to numerous commercial units spread over 7 floors, with the Louis Vuitton Boutique situated at street level.
Our works will include the following:
- Roofing asphalt repairs & leadwork replacement works
- Redecoration of all previously decorated areas
- Re mastic of curtain walling
- Steelwork repairs/replacements to the fire escape staircase balustrade
- Concrete repairs to the fire escape concrete staircase
- Professional cleaning of staircase, roofs, and curtain walling
