Refurbishment works to all six of the landlord stair cores have commenced at 99 Kensington High Street.
This Grade II Listed mixed-use building was constructed in circa 1930s and provides both office and retail accommodation.
Our works will include the full strip out and reinstatement of electrical services, repairs to the building fabric and complete redecorations throughout.
The project requires meticulous planning and sequencing as we work systematically through the stair cores, whilst maintaining means of escape to each floor of this famous landmark building.
