We have just completed the extensive refurbishment to the external facades of this Grade II Listed property located in North West London.
Jenner Court has an amazing history and was previously known as ‘The Colindale Hospital’ which was opened in 1898 as an asylum for the long-term sick of Central London, some years later and surviving 2 World Wars (despite a number of bomb attacks) the hospital closed in the 1990’s and was redeveloped into residential apartments in the early 2000’s.
This building was in desperate need of a restoration and Collins were delighted to work in collaboration with Earl Kendrick to transform this tired looking building back to its former glory.
Our works here included the following:
- Doff cleaning to all brickwork and masonry surfaces
- Masonry and Stone repairs
- Extensive Timber restoration
- Isolated pitched roof repairs
- Lead repairs
- Rainwater repairs
- Complete external decorations
