Our works are progressing well to this Grade II Listed residential block located in London’s affluent, Holland Park.
Externally, our works are nearing completion with final coats of paint being applied. We have carried out extensive masonry and brick repairs, overhauled and repaired windows and joinery, and introduced new lead coverings to windows heads, cornices and parapets, once the weather starts to improve can we introduce the liquid coatings to flat roof areas and dismantle the scaffolding.
Internally, the communal fire compliance works including, fire stopping, electrical cupboard replacement and communal and flat entrance door upgrades have begun. Wiring for upgraded electrics is taking place, and plaster repairs are almost complete, ready to start the internal redecorating.
