We have just commenced a 16 week roof repair and internal redecorations project to this commercial property located between Bank and St Paul’s Underground stations.
Following ongoing water ingress issues, we have been instructed to carry out these works to reinstate the manufactures guarantee, in accordance with their requirements:
- Erect a cantilevered scaffold, beaming from the mansard windows from the 6th floor and being propped onto the parapets to enable access whilst eliminating any scaffolding being situated on the pavement.
- Carry out M&E validations, allowing disconnection of the A/C units to enable the works with any reinstatements required on completion.
- Installation of a new bespoke flashing to the perimeter of the roof, between the mansard and the flat roof.
- Installation of new cowls to all baseplate footings within the plant roof with newly dressed Renolit roof system to make watertight.
- Isolated Renolit roofing repairs throughout.
- On completion, carry out any internal plaster repairs and redecorations following any leaks that have taken place.
