Collins have been instructed by Bromley Council to carry out clearance and mould remediation works to several redundant properties within Ethelbert Close, in Bromley. We are working with a specialist contractor to remove, and treat the affected areas, to prevent the regrowth of the mould before these properties are refurbished.
As part of our works at 48 Chancery Lane we are taking up the existing ply deck, installing joist’s for structural strengthening, adding new insulation, ferrings and ply. Once completed we are applying Centuar Liquid System and Composite decking to the balcony areas. Look out for project updates as works progress on site.
