Works are nearing completion at 2-8 Hyde Park Gardens; scaffold is currently being dismantled to the garden facing elevations overlooking Hyde Park down to balcony level.
We have recently completed the partial rebuilding of the roof level stack with the neighbouring property as per the structural engineer’s requirements and introduced a waterproofing covering to 21no the high-level balconies.
We have reformed several structural supports to the first-floor balcony, along with introducing new asphalt covering to the substrate. In the meantime, we are stripping the balcony railings back to bare metal removing the 10+ layers of paint to showcase the original decorative detailing to the spindles and finials.
We look forward to sharing the completion photos shortly.
