Works are progressing well onsite here at 2-8 Hyde Park Gardens.
The isolated roof repairs have been completed, and we are handing over the front elevation upper scaffold lifts today, to start the dismantling process, and enable the liquid waterproofing works to the box gutters to be undertaken.
On the garden facing elevation, we have been working closely with the Contract Administrator and Structural Engineer to develop a specialist remedial repair solution to several failed corbels and fracture to chimney. As part of this process, we are removing all existing paint coverings to corbels to enable full assessment before any repairs are undertaken.
We look forward to sharing further project updates as works progress.
