Works have commenced this morning to No 14 Cranley Gardens.
We have been appointed by Knight Frank to carry out the external restoration of the front elevation, along with high level roof repairs to the rear box gutter.
Collins have carried out the refurbishment to many properties along this street, over the years and look forward to transforming this property back its former glory.
Our works will include the following:
• Full access scaffolding to front elevation, and high level access to rear.
• Doff cleaning
• Roofing works including replacement of missing slates, lead repairs & replacing the access roof hatch
• Renewing asphalt covering and associated leadwork to 1st floor balcony
• Front & Rear elevation lead box gutter replacement
• Overhauling Rainwater goods and associated repairs.
• Masonry Repairs
• Timber Repairs
• Metalwork Repairs
• External redecorations
• Internal plaster repairs and redecoration to penthouse apartment following water ingress.
