Our external works are now complete to the South and West elevation of 139-142 North Street, Brighton. The external repairs and maintenance works included the following:
- Box gutter lining with Centaur liquid coatings
- Brickwork repairs and repointing
- Extensive stonework repairs and cleaning
- Repair and replacement of windows
- Complete external redecoration works
This project required strategic planning given the heightened security and nature of the building. We continuously monitored to ensure safety around a heavily occupied premises that was in constant use throughout the project.
