Scaffolding to the front and side elevations is currently being dismantled following the completion of masonry repairs, external redecoration, installation of new windows, DOFF cleaning, and liquid-applied roof works.
Works are ongoing to the rear of the building following a structural engineer’s report, which identified that sections of the existing brickwork were not fit for purpose. A variation has been approved for the partial dismantling and rebuilding of the affected areas to restore structural integrity, including the introduction of additional metal supports. Rendering works will commence upon completion of the brickwork rebuild.
