Description:
We completed roofing works to the Main Block and the Science Block.
The Main Block was a historic pitched roof building with a natural slate finish, which was all replaced with associated leadwork and upgraded insulation.
The Science Block was a flat roofed building with RAAC panels which had to be removed. A large temporary roof protected the building whilst this was carried out and replaced with a Tata steel deck. A Bauder designed tapered insulation scheme with Bauder felt was installed.
