With summer finally here and the holiday season in full swing we've been busy completing jobs and winning new works to see us into the summer. See right for a selection of recently completed works...

Client: The Millbridge Group

The £1M+ external repairs and redecorations project began at the end of March to this residential mansion block.

41-60 Albert Palace Mansions, London SW11, £202,000
Client: Anstow Ltd

External repairs and redecoration to this large terraced residential property in Lurline Gardens, a popular mansion block situated moments away from Battersea Park. Works consist of stone, brick and render repairs, woodwork repairs and full redecorations.

97-99 Cadogan Gardens, London, SW3, £340,000
Client: Cadogan Estates

External repairs and redecorations to this residential mansion block. The works comprise of full scaffolding to the front and rear elevations including two lightwells, JOS cleaning to the front elevation, brick and stone repairs, balcony asphalt replacement, leadwork replacement, metalwork and joinery repairs.

Client: Knight Frank

External repairs, redecorations and roofing works to the National Union of Teachers Headquarters building based in London WC1.

Baily Garner Offices, London SE9, £120,000
Client: Baily Garner

Internal refurbishment of Baily Garners London offices. Works to these fully occupied offices include renovation of Chairman's office, lighting and emergency lighting including new fittings, glass petitioning and new flooring throughout.

Sporting events & charities

Not only are we busy working on new contracts this summer we'll also be taking part in various sporting events to raise money for our chosen charities.

Booze is on the backburner as training ramps up before we compete in the following events

  • The Bridge Olympic Distance Triathlon
  • Iron Man UK Challenge
  • Jones Lang LaSalle Property Triathlon
  • Virgin Active 2014 London Triathlon
  • New Forest Half Iron Man

We recently contributed to the Help for Heroes charity by taking part in a quiz night organised by staff - well done to all those who helped out and took part.
