Construction Skills Certification Scheme CSCS is linked to the Governments initiative to drive the “cowboys” out of the Construction Industry, whilst raising standards of both workmanship and health and safety. CSCS identifies trained craftsmen and operatives by a plastic ID card complete with photograph of the holder. The CSCS card is administered by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and is the largest national recognised scheme for UK construction workers. Currently 95% of our employees hold a CSCS card.
