Collins Contractors Ltd have been established for over 80 years and we pride ourselves as being interior and exterior refurbishment specialists. We have enhanced our reputation within the industry with attention to detail and our policy to go that “extra mile” for our clients. 

Based in South East London, we primarily partner with Building Surveyors, Architects and Engineers.  We also have excellent working relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Trusts. We operate mainly within the M25 area and the Home Counties including the south coast.

We believe that fulfilling our clients needs on time and to budget is crucial, which is why we operate with a 'Measure Twice, Cut Once' philosophy.

Our Head Office employs 16 management staff comprising of Surveyors, Contract Managers and our Administration Team.

Our Managing Director, Phil Lavender, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction industry.
